Due to current shipping restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to the following countries:

• Yemen
• Cuba
• Iran
• Sudan
• Syria

How Much Is Shipping?

We keep our shipping prices simple and transparent, with no hidden fees or complicated tiers.

Standard Shipping

A flat shipping rate of $6 USD applies to all orders.

Free Promotional Items

The promotional item itself is completely free. Only a $6 USD shipping fee applies.

The shipping fee covers order processing, protective packaging and transportation. No additional shipping charges are added at checkout.

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

Customs delays, weekends, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances are not included in the estimated delivery times.

Order Processing: 2–5 Business Days

Every crystal goes through careful cleansing, inspection and protective packaging before leaving our hands. Thank you for your patience with this little ritual.

Standard Shipping: 7–20 Business Days

Usually 7–15 business days:

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Netherlands, Germany, France, New Zealand, Spain, Denmark, Austria, Sweden and Singapore.

Usually 10–20 business days:

Australia, Israel, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Japan, Brazil, Poland, Belgium and other regions.

Tracking & Delivery Help

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing your unique tracking link. Click the link to follow your package every step of the way.

If the link does not work, copy your tracking number and check it directly through 17TRACK.

Why Hasn’t My Tracking Updated Yet?

This is usually normal. Our handcrafted pieces first travel to an international shipping hub. This inland journey normally takes 3–5 business days. Tracking scans may not appear during this period.

Tracking information will update after the parcel reaches the international shipping hub.

What If I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to correct the address before shipment.

Once the parcel has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.

What If My Package Doesn’t Arrive?

If your package has not arrived within 60 days after shipment , please contact us.

You may choose either:

• A free replacement shipped to you.
• A full refund.

We will take care of everything and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
